Objectif du syst\u00e8me <\/h2><p>Permettre \u00e0 Umoja Greenlands de prosp\u00e9rer en tant que mouvement vivant et auto-organis\u00e9 qui r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re les terres, nourrit la vie et renforce les communaut\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un leadership distribu\u00e9, des r\u00f4les clairs et une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e.<\/p><hr><h2>\ud83e\uddec 2. Fondements du syst\u00e8me <\/h2><ul><li><p>L&#8217;<strong>autorit\u00e9 distribu\u00e9e<\/strong>: Le pouvoir est ancr\u00e9 dans des r\u00f4les clairs, et non dans des personnes.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Clart\u00e9<\/strong>: Chacun sait qui d\u00e9cide quoi, sur la base de mandats \u00e9crits.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Transparence<\/strong>: Les r\u00f4les, les mandats et les r\u00e9unions sont ouverts \u00e0 tous les participants.<\/p><\/li><li><p>L&#8217;<strong>adaptabilit\u00e9<\/strong>: Nous \u00e9voluons en d\u00e9tectant les tensions et en actualisant les structures.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Culture<\/strong>: Nous valorisons l&#8217;humilit\u00e9, l&#8217;interconnexion, l&#8217;apprentissage et le service \u00e0 la vie.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>\ud83c\udf00 3. Cercles et r\u00f4les <\/h2><ul><li><p>Les <strong>cercles<\/strong> sont des \u00e9quipes qui ont un objectif, des domaines qu&#8217;elles g\u00e8rent et des responsabilit\u00e9s qu&#8217;elles assument.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Les <strong>r\u00f4les<\/strong> sont des responsabilit\u00e9s clairement d\u00e9finies au sein d&#8217;un cercle.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Les cercles sont <strong>fractals<\/strong> &#8211; ils peuvent contenir des sous-cercles, formant ainsi une holarchie.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Dans l&#8217;id\u00e9al, chaque cercle dispose de<\/p><ul><li><p>Un <strong>coordinateur interne<\/strong> (guide le flux \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du cercle)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Un <strong>coordinateur externe<\/strong> (repr\u00e9sente le cercle aupr\u00e8s du syst\u00e8me plus large)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Tous les membres du cercle sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 remplir au moins un r\u00f4le actif.<\/p><hr><h2>\ud83d\udccb 4. R\u00f4les, mandats et domaines <\/h2><ul><li><p>Un <strong>r\u00f4le<\/strong> comprend<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Objectif<\/strong> &#8211; Pourquoi il existe<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong> &#8211; Ce qu&#8217;il fait<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Domaine<\/strong> &#8211; Ce qu&#8217;il contr\u00f4le ou prot\u00e8ge (par exemple, un compte de m\u00e9dias sociaux, un budget ou un format d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Les r\u00f4les sont d\u00e9finis par le cercle lors des <strong>r\u00e9unions de gouvernance<\/strong>, et tout membre du cercle peut proposer un nouveau r\u00f4le.<\/p><hr><h2>\ud83d\uddc2 5. Politiques <\/h2><ul><li><p>Une <strong>politique<\/strong> est une contrainte ou une r\u00e8gle cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour aligner le travail entre les r\u00f4les ou les cercles.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Les politiques ne s&#8217;appliquent qu&#8217;au sein du cercle qui les a cr\u00e9\u00e9es, \u00e0 moins qu&#8217;elles ne soient explicitement adopt\u00e9es par d&#8217;autres cercles.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Les propositions de politiques nouvelles ou mises \u00e0 jour suivent le m\u00eame processus de d\u00e9cision que la cr\u00e9ation de r\u00f4les (voir ci-dessous).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>\ud83e\udded 6. R\u00e9unions <\/h2><h3>\u2733\ufe0f R\u00e9unions tactiques (pour faire le travail)<\/h3><ul><li><p>Objectif : coordination op\u00e9rationnelle, mise \u00e0 jour des progr\u00e8s, \u00e9limination des tensions.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Format :<\/p><ol><li><p>Enregistrement<\/p><\/li><li><p>R\u00e9vision de la liste de contr\u00f4le<\/p><\/li><li><p>Examen des m\u00e9triques<\/p><\/li><li><p>Mise \u00e0 jour des projets<\/p><\/li><li><p>Construire l&#8217;agenda (nommer les tensions)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Traitez chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment (demandez &#8220;De quoi avez-vous besoin ?&#8221;)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Capturer les sorties<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cl\u00f4ture de la session<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><h3>\u2696\ufe0f R\u00e9unions de gouvernance (pour structurer le travail)<\/h3><ul><li><p>Objectif : D\u00e9finir ou mettre \u00e0 jour les r\u00f4les, les domaines, les sous-cercles et les politiques.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Format (voir section 7 : Prise de d\u00e9cision int\u00e9gr\u00e9e)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>\ud83d\udc9a Espaces tribaux ou culturels (pour se connecter en tant que personnes)<\/h3><ul><li><p>Objectif : soigner les relations, les valeurs, les \u00e9motions et les objectifs communs.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Exemples : Encerclement, rituel de deuil, c\u00e9l\u00e9bration, r\u00e9cit, dialogue.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Facultatif mais essentiel pour la culture d&#8217;Umoja.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>\ud83d\udd04 7. Prise de d\u00e9cision int\u00e9grative (IDM) <\/h2><p>Utilis\u00e9 lors des r\u00e9unions de gouvernance pour faire \u00e9voluer la structure en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et en toute conscience.<\/p><p><strong>Les \u00e9tapes :<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><p><strong>Proposition actuelle<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Questions d&#8217;\u00e9claircissement<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Cycle de r\u00e9action<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Modifier et clarifier (facultatif)<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Cycle d&#8217;objections<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Int\u00e9grer les objections<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>R\u00e9p\u00e9tition du cycle d&#8217;objections (si n\u00e9cessaire)<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Accepter la proposition<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3>\u2705 Qu&#8217;est-ce qui rend une objection valable ?<\/h3><ul><li><p>Elle <strong>porte atteinte \u00e0<\/strong> l&#8217;objet ou \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 du cercle<\/p><\/li><li><p>Le pr\u00e9judice serait <strong>caus\u00e9 par la proposition<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>Elle est bas\u00e9e sur les <strong>donn\u00e9es actuelles<\/strong> ou n&#8217;est manifestement <strong>pas s\u00fbre.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>Il limite les <strong>responsabilit\u00e9s du r\u00f4le de l&#8217;<\/strong>objecteur.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>\ud83d\uded1 Non valables : &#8220;Je n&#8217;aime pas \u00e7a&#8221;, &#8220;C&#8217;est incomplet&#8221;, &#8220;Je le ferais diff\u00e9remment&#8221;.<\/p><hr><h2>\ud83d\uddf3 8. \u00c9lections pour les fonctions \u00e9lectives <\/h2><p>Les r\u00f4les tels que celui de coordinateur peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9lus \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du <strong>processus d&#8217;\u00e9lection int\u00e9grative<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Les \u00e9tapes :<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><p><strong>D\u00e9crire le r\u00f4le et le mandat<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Nomination priv\u00e9e (1 par personne)<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Cycle de partage des nominations<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Changement de cycle<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Proposition de l&#8217;animateur (le plus grand nombre de nominations)<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Cycle d&#8217;objections<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter (si bloqu\u00e9)<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>Le cercle peut fixer des <strong>dur\u00e9es fixes<\/strong> (par exemple, de 6 \u00e0 12 mois) et renouveler les \u00e9lections par d\u00e9faut \u00e0 la fin de la dur\u00e9e.<\/p><hr><h2>\ud83d\udcc1 9. Documentation et transparence <\/h2><p>Chaque cercle dispose d&#8217;un document ou d&#8217;un tableau de bord partag\u00e9 qui montre :<\/p><ul><li><p>Son objectif, ses r\u00f4les, ses responsabilit\u00e9s, ses domaines<\/p><\/li><li><p>Politiques actuelles<\/p><\/li><li><p>Projets actifs<\/p><\/li><li><p>Notes de r\u00e9union et d\u00e9cisions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Qui remplit quel r\u00f4le<\/p><\/li><li><p>Comment contacter le cercle<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>\u2693\ufe0f 10. Le cercle d&#8217;ancrage <\/h2><p>Le cercle d&#8217;ancrage est le m\u00e9ta-cercle qui :<\/p><ul><li><p>Gestion de la Constitution et de la structure<\/p><\/li><li><p>Traitement des tensions \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle du syst\u00e8me<\/p><\/li><li><p>Coordonne la strat\u00e9gie des cercles transversaux<\/p><\/li><li><p>D\u00e9tient la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 par d\u00e9faut des ressources partag\u00e9es, \u00e0 moins qu&#8217;elle ne soit d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Les modifications de la pr\u00e9sente Constitution doivent \u00eatre propos\u00e9es et trait\u00e9es par le Cercle d&#8217;Ancrage.<\/p><hr><h2>\ud83d\udd27 11. \u00c9volution continue <\/h2><p>La pr\u00e9sente Constitution est un document \u00e9volutif.
