Face \u00e0 ce que nous d\u00e9crivons dans <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/umojagreenlands.org\/fr\/comprendre-la-metacrisis-contexte-et-urgence\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"592\"><strong data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"516\">Comprendre la m\u00e9tacrise : Contexte et urgence<\/strong><\/a>l \u00bb \u00e9ducation devient une strat\u00e9gie fondamentale de survie, de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et de transformation. <\/p><p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"1054\">La m\u00e9tacrise fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au r\u00e9seau complexe et interconnect\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9miques mondiales &#8211; de l&#8217;effondrement \u00e9cologique \u00e0 l&#8217;instabilit\u00e9 politique, de la fragilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique \u00e0 la fragmentation sociale. Mais \u00e0 la base, il y a une crise de la perception, de la signification et de la cr\u00e9ation de sens &#8211; une crise de la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous comprenons nous-m\u00eames, dont nous comprenons les autres et dont nous comprenons le monde. Il s&#8217;agit fondamentalement d&#8217;une crise de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation.  <\/p><h3 data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1092\">L&#8217;\u00e9ducation comme solution syst\u00e9mique<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1784\"><li data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1323\"><p data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1323\"><strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1124\">Se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9<\/strong>: Les d\u00e9fis auxquels nous sommes confront\u00e9s ne peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9solus par une pens\u00e9e lin\u00e9aire ou l&#8217;ob\u00e9issance \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes d\u00e9pass\u00e9s. L&#8217;\u00e9ducation doit d\u00e9velopper des capacit\u00e9s de pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique, de r\u00e9silience \u00e9motionnelle et de discernement \u00e9thique. <\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1496\"><p data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1496\"><strong data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1356\">R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l&#8217;agence humaine<\/strong>: L&#8217;\u00e9ducation doit restaurer notre sens de la responsabilit\u00e9 et du pouvoir collectifs, et non se contenter de former des individus pour qu&#8217;ils s&#8217;int\u00e8grent dans un mod\u00e8le industriel d\u00e9faillant.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1784\"><p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1784\"><strong data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1530\">S&#8217;attaquer aux causes profondes<\/strong>: Comme nous l&#8217;avons expliqu\u00e9 dans notre orientation Metacrisis, la logique de la s\u00e9paration et de la domination a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 non seulement nos \u00e9conomies et nos politiques, mais aussi nos vies int\u00e9rieures. Un nouveau type d&#8217;\u00e9ducation, fond\u00e9 sur la globalit\u00e9 et la relation, est essentiel pour surmonter cette situation. <\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1820\">Pourquoi il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une orientation fondamentale<\/h3><p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1959\">C&#8217;est pourquoi <strong data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1858\">repenser l&#8217;\u00e9ducation<\/strong> n&#8217;est pas seulement un sujet pour nous, c&#8217;est une orientation.
